Do you allow refunds | returns ?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns , due to Covid19 we are not allowing any returns of any cosmetics , you can however cancel any unsend orders Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. 
How can I reach customer service ?
For questions about your order only info@pagcosmetics.com our customer service is available from 9am to 5pm ( New York ) time , we do our best to try to respond to every email as fast as we can response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. 
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed.
 
When will my package be delivered?
All orders are shipped via USPS , please keep in mind there is delay at 
the postal office therefore packages are taking longer than usual to arrive.
I placed an international order do I have to pay customs and taxes?
all international orders have to pay taxes by custom this taxes and fees are not included in your orders , and therefore can not be reimbursed by Pink As Gold
